Special thank you to the NJCAA, Kyle Eager (NJCAA National Office Representative) and Brian Hensgen (Tournament Director) for allowing WCCN media coverage.

The finals for the Division II NJCAA National Tournament were played on March 23rd. The (2) South Suburban Bulldogs fought the (5) National Park Nighthawks.

FINAL: NPC 84, SSC 79.

Even though SSC did not win the National Championship, they had one of the best records in the history of South Suburban going 34-3.

Jemel Jones was named national player of the week two times, in the regular season, and was the nations leading scorer (DII), at any level in the NJCAA, with 1245 points.

John Pigatti also coached his program to its 13th national title run.
