F3 was originally founded in North Carolina in 2011, quickly spreading to all 50 states and to 17 countries. F3 Southside is a free 45 minute men’s workout located on the south side of Chicago with locations in Homer Glen, Orland Park, New Lenox, Frankfort, Palos Heights and Oak Forest.

There is no signup or fee needed.
