With basketball season in full swing, a non-conference matchup unfolded at Victor J. Andrew High School (9001 W 171st St, Tinley Park) on December 3, as the Argonauts ((Argo Community High School) 7329 W 63rd St, Summit) stepped into the ring.
FINAL: Victor J. Andrew 72, Argo Community 50.
Leading the way for the Argonauts was junior Darron Greer Jr., who tallied 14 points against a formidable opponent.
On the Thunderbolts’ side, senior Athan Berchos earned the WCCN Player of the Game, delivering an impressive 33-point performance.
