By Claude Martinez.

December 6 marked the home opener for the Oak Forest Bengals, who entered the game with a 2-2 record on the season while their opponent, the Dwight D. Eisenhower Cardinals, came in at 3-2.

Two standout players, in the paint, were ready to dominate for their team.

FINAL: Oak Forest 73, Dwight D. Eisenhower 60.

The WCCN Players of the Game were senior Matt Anderson, who scored 19 points, and junior Hayden Noha, who contributed 17.

Special thank you to Matt Manzke (Oak Forest athletic director), TJ Cobbs (Oak Forest head coach) and Mike Curta (Eisenhower head coach).
