After two tough losses this past weekend, Lemont High School (15-7; 7-0 SSC), 800 Porter St, was determined to bounce back against a South Suburban Conference (SSC) opponent; which so happened to Argo Community High School (9-10; 1-6 SSC) on January 22.
FINAL: Lemont High School 71, Argo Community High School 33.
The WCCN Player of the Game was senior guard Alanas Castillo, who scored 17 points.
Other notable performances for Lemont came from senior guard Matas Gaidukevicius, who scored 12 points, and junior guard Gabriel Sularski, who added 10 points.
For Argo, junior Darron Greer Jr. led the way with 12 points.
