The game was an edge-of-your-seat thriller from start to finish, as both teams came in with impressive records, each having won 4 of their last 5 games, with their only losses coming at the hands of Bryant & Stratton College.
On January 30, the College of DuPage Chaparrals (15-7) faced off against the Joliet Junior College Wolves (17-5).
FINAL: Joliet Junior College 83, College of DuPage 78.
Sophomore guard Romello Ali was named WCCN Player of the Game, putting up a standout performance with 24 points, 2 rebounds, and 4 assists.
Other key contributors for the Wolves included freshman forward Jeffrey Fleming (16 points), freshman guard Levi Goad (11 points), sophomore center Devon Richardson (10 points), sophomore guard Miles Gillespie (10 points), and freshman guard JD Rush (10 points).
