The 2025 IHSA Girls Bowling Regional, hosted by Richards High School, took place on February 8 at Arena Lanes, 4700 W 103rd St, in Oak Lawn.

A total of 14 teams battled it out for a shot at advancing to sectionals, but first, they had to make it through the grueling six-game series.

When the dust settled at the first break, the standings were tight, with the top four teams putting on a display of raw talent.

The Richards Bulldogs led the pack with an impressive 2856 pins, while Evergreen Park wasn’t far behind with 2663. Morgan Park followed with 2598, and Stagg rounded out the top four with 2462.

Once the final ball was rolled, the top four positions shifted only slightly, with the leaders advancing further.

The Bulldogs also claimed the Individual Champion spot, courtesy of junior Ulyssa Garcia, who finished with 1,284 pins.
