On February 11, the Southwest Suburban Conference (SWSC) basketball delivered an exciting showdown between the Sandburg Eagles (15-14; 5-10 SWSC) and the Lockport Porters (19-9; 10-4 SWSC).
The game remained tightly contested through the first quarter, with both teams battling for control.
However, in the second quarter, Lockport pulled ahead and never looked back.
FINAL: Lockport 50, Sandburg 34.
The WCCN Players of the Game were seniors Anthony Kosi and Bryce Turner, each contributing 10 points to the victory.
