At the Country Club Hills 3A Regional Semifinals on February 26, 2025, Evergreen Park Community High School and the Crete-Monee Warriors fought for a spot in the finals.
Going into halftime, the Warriors were ahead 36-24.
After the break, they pulled away, allowing only 14 points over the next 16 minutes of play.
FINAL: Crete-Monee 77, Evergreen Park 38.
Standout players for Crete-Monee included Jaydon Watts, who scored 11 points, and both Zyheir Gardner and Jayden Preston, who each had 9 points.
The WCCN Player of the Game was senior small forward Jaylen Blakes, who scored 21 points.
