Joliet — Strong defense and a fast start helped the Marist RedHawks defeat Lockport 59–33 in the Class 4A Joliet West Sectional semifinal on March 4.
The WCCN Player of the Game was senior power forward Stephen Brown, who recorded a double-double with 18 points and 13 rebounds.
